Sherlock Holmes is my favorite character. He is intelligent, and observant, with an acute memory that makes him the best detective in the world. He stalks his prey like a shark on the scent of blood. He is a man of single purpose, once he gets the scent, he never loses it.
We also mustn't forget Thomas Watson, his indispensable sidekick with whom Sherlock plays off of, making him an integral part of the investigation.
